Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team for a 3-month contract, with the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and secure new clients for our design services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
• Negotiate and close deals that align with our agency’s goals.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and client needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within a creative or design agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strong network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with an eye for identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience in working with digital agencies or creative environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within a creative or design agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strong network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with an eye for identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience in working with digital agencies or creative environments is a plus.
